Emails About the Use of Products:

You are encouraged to send list messages about products (including product names), techniques and other text about the use of the products. For our purposes at this list; this is not an advertisement.

Carving & the Creative Process Commercial Advertisements

Advertising messages additionally include information on how to contact the vendor, and may include any or all of the following: phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, street addresses, website addresses, prices, contact names, etc.

If the product that you want to advertise is not about Carving or the Creative Process, please email your considerations to Linda.

You are encouarged to send list advertising messages IF you comply with the requirements below:

Requirements for posting an advertisement to the CC list:

To post an advertising message to the listserv please put "ADV" in the message subject heading along with other descriptive information.

Make your message descriptive, brief and to the point.

Post this type of message to the list very infrequently (perhaps limiting yourself to once every two months).

You take the responsibility to be sure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Non-Carving Related Ads

I request that all commercial advertisements align with the purpose of this list which is focused on the art of Eraser Carving and the Creative Process. If the item you want to advertise is not eraser carving related or related to the creative process you may put your ad in the few lines of your signature at the bottom of list messages that contains information about eraser carving information and/or information about the creative process. As an example, you may include your web site address and brief description; "Check out my site at or contact me for information about Apples From My Garden," at the bottom of your messages to the list.

If you are dissatisfied with a vendor or advertiser for any reason please care for that issue in private e-mail.
